Become A Master Of Enrollment

That was an exciting call on becoming a master of enrollment last night!
The outpouring of emails has been amazing, and I loved the passionate questions on the Q&A after the call.

I’d love for this to be a place where you can share with me and with others what you’ve learned!

If you missed the free call, it’s not too late! You can get it here.

Take a minute and share your thoughts on one of these 2 things:

(1) Share a learning, insight, or action you’re going to take, based on last night’s call
(2) Explain your biggest challenge when it comes to enrolling new clients, whether one-on-one, in a teleseminar, or speaking to groups. I want to make sure I’ve covered every question and every aspect of this in my new program.

Leave me your comment below, and thank you for your help!

Bill, congrats on this great new program! I couldn’t attend the live call, but I look forward to listening to the recording soon. Glad to be on your email list.

    Dear Bill,
I really appreciated the call. I am getting (awesome) coaching with your partner, Patrick Dominguez, and we had just begun to discuss enrollment the previous day. It was very timely to hear your insights.

The key piece of wisdom that I took in is that enrollment is “not about you.” Your story about finding someone STILL complaining about being stuck in the SAME old job many years after turning down coaching with you was a big aha moment for me.

I can see how sometimes the hat I wear in my coaching starts to slide off when it comes to asking people to join my programs. How silly! I can see now that enrollment is about inviting someone into a dynamic, synergistic, and life-changing coaching relationship that has nothing to do with “me.” I can see that it is actually the quintessential coaching moment: asking someone to invest in themselves and their lives in a way that perhaps they had never done before!

What a great lens shift! Thank you so much for the call, and especially for relating this story & what you learned from it.

Many & abundant return blessings –
    Cynthia

Well, I just listened to the recording of the “enrollment” process, Bill. As always, you leave me speechless, yet motivated and invigorated to keep going!!! I had to step back and take your program at a slower pace, (because of personal reasons) but, I am so very grateful to be in your “world”. Thank you for always openly sharing from your “heart and soul”. I have worked with other business coaches before but, you come from an entirely different and refreshing angle. I have learned more from you then I ever imagined! (Even at my “turtle pace”)

    love and blessings,

    deb

    Thank you!

Cynthia, I am so glad the call and learning our enrollment process is making a difference for you so fast. And yes, Patrick is great.

Deb, your gratitude means the world to me. Being a turtle is great when you’re moving in the right direction and sounds like you are!

George, hope you will listen to the call soon and let me know what you thought.

    Kindly,
    ~Bill

  5. Jaime Says:

I was able to put into practice some of what I learned on the Master of Enrollment telecall. I was able to fine tune a couple of my presentations with better than expected results. I was more aware to listen to needs and goals and ready to present myself as the closer. I appreciated the discussion after the call as well. Most importantly, I felt comfortable with the process because I believe in it!

    Many thanks,
    Jaime

    Bill,

The MOE calls were amazing, and really exciting things are unfolding in my business and my balance sheet. That said, I have a question that others who are in action can likely benefit from your answer.

    Here goes:

If you capture your best enrollment presentation on audio file, what are some of the best ways to share this file with the world so others can be enrolled in your offerings?

A few ideas that come immediately to mind:

    - offer the audio as a free bonus to those who sign up for your ezine
    - offer the audio via your blog
    - share the audio on i-tunes
    - share the link on www.teleseminarnation.com

Do you have smart additional suggestions to add from which we all can profit? Can’t wait to hear!

    Thank you.
