I began coaching with Alan Roby eight months ago. At the time, I knew exactly where I was in life, doing pretty well in most areas. Nevertheless, I had a desire to improve my life in the areas of business, personal finance and physical fitness.
During each meeting (call), I commit to the amount of progress I need to make in each area by the time of our next meeting. This accountability is a key part of why coaching works. Where am I now? Revenue from my real estate appraisal business has more than doubled, and I have added three full-time employees (in a slow market!).
